By July of 2013, Capital One will contribute pro bono or skills-based volunteer service to at least 100 community-based organizations. Capital One will further partner with industry leaders to develop a widely accessible, comprehensive, nonprofit readiness framework that will enable organizations to fully leverage pro bono or skills-based volunteer services in their local communities.
UPS has pledged to increase its skilled and pro bono volunteering by the end of 2013. Its work in this area will feature two primary areas of expertise: logistics around urgent humanitarian relief and road safety training. UPS attorneys, UPS technology experts, UPS engineers and UPS senior executives will provide additional pro bono hours to various NGOs on a global basis.

Riggs Partners pledges to more than double the number of partners in CreateAthon: a 24-hour creative marathon that provides pro bono marketing services to nonprofits nationwide. Riggs Partners founded the program in 1998 and expanded it in 2002, inviting other agencies, universities and professional organizations to participate in the program. They currently have 20 active partners with a goal of increasing that number to 50 to increase the impact of the program.
