The United Way of Greater St. Louis and Maritz joins forces for a Motivation Awards Program, which provides merchandise incentives and rule structure guidelines to the biggest and best campaigns in St. Louis to drive employee participation and campaign donations. Maritz trains over 300 Employee Campaign Coordinators on how to use incentives to augment their United Way campaigns. The rule structure also rewards the companies that donate higher amounts with additional chances to win the Run-Through-the-Warehouse® sweepstakes. The Motivation Awards Program helps take the United Way Annual Campaign to the next level of fundraising, and during its last annual campaign, raised a record $73 million in contributions.
